Overview

Welcome.  To aid your navigation of this blog you may use the "quick links: alphabetical list" located on the left hand side.  Each blog posting will display on its own page.  You will find links to RSS feeds and followers at the bottom of the page.  Thank you for visiting my blog.

This blog shall discuss a number of technologies I have investigated as part of an E-Learning course and continue as part of my life-long learning aimed at improving my teaching practices and enhancing my students learning environment.  This blog forms part of an assessable activity under the Bachelor of Learning Management (BLM), at CQ University Australia.

Initially, this blog will be restricted to my peers for their review and comments.  I will also establish links with other peer blogs and leave feedback in a similar way.   My course assessment requires a final reflective synopsis (refer to "SUMMARY") to be posted to this blog.  The posting will reflect upon the information and communication technologies (ICT's) I have investigated during the course.  It will address comments provided by peers and include an explanation of the ICT's that I intend to include in my future learning experiences; along with, reasons why these would make my teaching more efficient and enhance my students learning.

Upon completing my E-Learning course assessment, I will continue to expand this blog and open it to public comment.

Hi peter.
That's a great idea of using the blog to help teach early childhood using pictures, games etc. That way you get to select the content, making it appropriate to what they are learning. They can have the use of ICTs with saftey and develop an interest from an early age.

Hello Coreena,

Thank you for for comments. It will be good to test this in an early childhood environment to guage the reaction. I would love to see this and hope that someone may one day might post a video of this type of delivery for other educators to view.

Kindest regards
Peter

Hi Zelina,

Thank you for your feedback. I have been aiming to improve navigation between postings. I have fixed the "Overview" post to the most recent view. I believe this will make it easier for new readers rather than having to find this after all other postings.

Kindest regards,
Peter Spencer
